新的“道德與專業(yè)技能模塊”旨在以創(chuàng)新的方式幫助ACCA學員發(fā)展真實商業(yè)情境所需的道德與專業(yè)技能，進而將職業(yè)道德，專業(yè)技能與ACCA學習中獲取的專業(yè)知識有機結(jié)合起來，幫助ACCA學員在職場上脫穎而出，贏得雇主青睞。同時，新模塊將有助于ACCA學員通過戰(zhàn)略專業(yè)階段（Strategic Professional level）的考試。

為什么要完成職業(yè)道德與專業(yè)技能模塊？

1? 完成現(xiàn)有AB-FM (原F1-F9)課程后，并完成這個模塊，可獲得Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Finance

2? 如果申請牛津布魯克斯大學的學士學位（OBU）必須完成這個模塊

3? 申請成為ACCA會員必須完成這個模塊

4? 新道德模塊的內(nèi)容可以幫助學員提高自身專業(yè)技能，比如：communication, commercial, analysis, professional scepticism, and evaluation。

5? 對戰(zhàn)略專業(yè)階段課程的學習，尤其是對新科目SBR 和SBL 的學習非常有幫助。

職業(yè)道德與專業(yè)技能模塊有哪些內(nèi)容？

職業(yè)道德與專業(yè)技能模塊共含六個交互式單元，和一個綜合模塊

六個交互式單元

UNIT 1 Ethics and Professionalism 職業(yè)道德與專業(yè)素質(zhì)

Applying the broad ethical and professional values，moral compass which underpins all the other professional skills and behaviours explored in the module and expected of professional accountants

這部分主要包括倫理學的一些理論，職業(yè)會計師應(yīng)遵守的職業(yè)道德準則，及如何解決道德兩難的問題等。

UNIT 2 Personal Effectiveness 個人效能

Recognising own responsibility and maximising the quality and quantity of work outputs and communicate and interact with others，making the most of resources that are available.

這部分主要包括個人時間管理，如何寫個人簡歷，組織安排時間，會議，如何高效使用IT技術(shù)，比如如何使用spreadsheet進行數(shù)據(jù)分析等。

UNIT 3 Innovation and Scepticism 創(chuàng)新與質(zhì)疑精神

Encouraging open mindedness and innovative thinking to create or suggest solutions recognising limitations and implementation issues that are respond to the problem，feasible and acceptable.

這部分主要包括創(chuàng)新的思維和要素，創(chuàng)新和競爭優(yōu)勢，如何促進工作中的創(chuàng)新及如何展示職業(yè)的質(zhì)疑精神等。

UNIT 4 Commercial Awareness，Analysis，Evaluation and Problem Solving 商業(yè)意識、分析、評估和解決問題

Making recommendations and inferences by viewing situations from different perspectives or sources; recognising the factors and opportunities that influence business success and understanding business processes, relationships，risks and costs.

這部分主要包括如何鍛煉自己的商業(yè)意識和洞察力，如何做規(guī)劃，并且對大量數(shù)據(jù)進行評估并提出合適的方案。

UNIT 5 Leadership and Team Working 領(lǐng)導力與團隊協(xié)作

Recognising and applying the different types of leadership and traits adopted at or adapted to every level of an organisation to inspire，motivate，effectively and efficiently manage others.

這部分主要包括領(lǐng)導和管理的區(qū)別，領(lǐng)袖的特質(zhì)和領(lǐng)袖理論，團隊的建立過程和團隊成員角色，及如何對團隊成員進行有效的激勵等。

UNIT 6 Communication Skills 溝通交流與人際交往技能

Communicating effectively in the business environment（clients，customers，colleagues and external authorities）,including recognising appropriate channels，geographical and cultural issues.

這部分主要包括溝通的過程及如何有效的溝通，包括如何寫email, 組織開會，寫報告，打電話，做presentation等。

UNIT 7 Final Assessment

Student is presented with a series of video clips about a situation based on several or all of the 6 units in an interactive exercised.

student is faced with problems or issues which they have to identify，explore and respond to by coming up with solutions and ways to effectively deliver these solutions.

ACCA學員學完前面六個單元后第七單元是模擬真實商業(yè)情境的總結(jié)性測評。學員將以專業(yè)會計師的身份來申請跨國公司財務(wù)經(jīng)理職位并解決真實商業(yè)情境中的挑戰(zhàn)，提供有效及至佳解決方案。

是交互式、綜合性的模塊結(jié)束考核，它以前6單元的內(nèi)容為基礎(chǔ)，并融入真實情境，學員將以專業(yè)會計師的身份，迎接真實商業(yè)挑戰(zhàn)，制定至佳有效解決方案。
