2.4 Gantt Chart（甘特圖表）
The chart specifies the entire schedule of the activities detailing the sequence of their execution.
The horizontal axis could be days, weeks or months and a vertical axis representing the tasks that make up the project.
However, it normally it does not indicate task dependencies—to determine how one task falling behind schedule affects other tasks.
甘特圖是做時(shí)間軸或者項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃的整個(gè)時(shí)間表達(dá)，具體到每個(gè)任務(wù)的時(shí)間開始及結(jié)束的時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn)，通常可以用微軟office的project來做。
2.5 Network Diagram（網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖表）
This can be used for project schedule development with task dependencies. Network analysis is also called Critical Path Analysis (CPA) and enables a systematic, quantitative and structured approach to the problem of managing a project through to successful completion.
網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖表則是表示每個(gè)點(diǎn)的相互關(guān)聯(lián)的關(guān)系或流程。

Project quality management ensures that the project will satisfy the stated or implied needs for which it was undertaken and involves creating quality management plans, quality metrics and quality checklists.
項(xiàng)目成本管理和質(zhì)量管理可以用相關(guān)的軟件進(jìn)行量化評(píng)估，這兩方面的管理對(duì)于整個(gè)項(xiàng)目起著決定性作用。
