路易斯安那州2021年USCPA

路易斯安那州是USCPA報(bào)考州之一，2021年要參加該州考試需要滿足以下基本教育要求：

學(xué)歷要求：

have earned a baccalaureate degree from an academic institution recognized by the Board; and

商業(yè)學(xué)分：

have completed 24 semester (36 quarter) hours of business courses other than accounting, including at least 3 semester (4 quarter) hours in commercial law as it affects accountancy; and

會(huì)計(jì)學(xué)分：

have completed an accounting concentration to include 24 semester (36 quarter) hours above the introductory level  OR 21 semester (31.5 quarter) hours at the graduate level, to include the following:

. 6 semester (8 quarter) hours in intermediate accounting

. 3 semester (4 quarter) hours in cost accounting

. 3 semester (4 quarter) hours in income tax accounting

. 3 semester (4 quarter) hours in auditing covering public accounting .attest and assurance services

. 3 semester (4 quarter) hours in either advanced financial accounting, not-for-profit accounting or accounting theory

. 6 semester (8 quarter) hours in additional accounting above the introductory level

提示：該州考試在校生不能報(bào)考，必須需要滿足的至低學(xué)歷已畢業(yè)。

注意： In order to qualify for licensure, you must have completed a minimum of 150 semester (225 quarter) hours of postsecondary, graduate or postgraduate education at an institution(s) recognized by the Board.

該州認(rèn)可的評(píng)估機(jī)構(gòu)：FACS/NIES

有居住要求：報(bào)考該州你必須在申請(qǐng)日期前一年內(nèi)在路易斯安那州連續(xù)居住120天，才能參加考試。

報(bào)考該州除了一般學(xué)歷、學(xué)位、成績(jī)單等材料（中國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)考生報(bào)考，涉及到國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)歷需要準(zhǔn)備中英文材料），還需要準(zhǔn)備推薦信。

As a first time applicant, you must submit reference signatures from three individuals that can attest to your moral character. References should be from CPAs or substantial and representative business or professional individuals. They should NOT be submitted by the following individuals:

. Current or former employer

. More than one member of a household

. Relative (by blood or marriage)

. Roommate

. Fellow student

. University or college instructor (unless they have had significant contact with you outside the classroom)

. Person with which you have a financial or business investment

要不要申請(qǐng)AICPA執(zhí)照：

大部分州執(zhí)照學(xué)分是高于報(bào)考學(xué)分要求的，所以在報(bào)考時(shí)候可以考慮到執(zhí)照申請(qǐng)，也可以先通過(guò)四門(mén)科目再考慮執(zhí)照要求（執(zhí)照可以換州申請(qǐng)）。

AICPA執(zhí)照申請(qǐng)要求：

1.Education教育：考生要是本科及以上學(xué)歷，總學(xué)分150個(gè)，另有會(huì)計(jì)和商業(yè)學(xué)分要求（大部分州執(zhí)照申請(qǐng)時(shí)的學(xué)分都是高于報(bào)考學(xué)分要求的即使是同一個(gè)州，個(gè)別州報(bào)考和執(zhí)照要求相同。）；

2.Experience經(jīng)驗(yàn)：考生必須具備1或2年的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)（有的州有限定比如是事務(wù)所工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)），CPA簽字或者上司CPA簽字；

3.Exam考試：通過(guò)AICPA四門(mén)科目考試是申請(qǐng)AICPA執(zhí)照的前提。

另外也有部分州要求對(duì)了一個(gè)E的要求，那就是還要參加一個(gè)Ethic道德考試。
