General earnings consisting of money are treated as received at the earlier of:

1，所屬公司財務記賬的日期。

2，如果在所屬公司年度結賬之前管理層已經確認了具體金額。雖然沒有記賬，就是公司accounting period 結束日。例如，公司會計年度是2017年1月1日到12月31 日，確定director 2017年度的獎金的時間是12月5日，但沒有記賬。這種情況取2017年12月31日。

3，如果金額在所屬會計期間沒有確定。這種情況取確定的日期。例如，公司會計年度是2017年1月1日到12月31 日，確定director 2017年度的獎金的時間是2018年3月5日，但沒有記賬。這種情況雖然確定的是2017年度的獎金，但取2018年3月5日考慮孰早。
