Senior Treasury Manager 

工作地點：

北京

BASIC FUNCTIONS:

• The Senior Treasury Manager will be responsible for treasury management and process excellence for China operations in Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Xi’an, Suzhou, Wuxi, Wuhan, Guangzhou, and other places where we have a strong business presence or newly established businesses;
• Responsibilities include full treasury scope including liquidity management, risk management, trade finance, banking relationships maintenance, but with a primary focus on foreign exchange risk management and trade finance;
• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• - Manage cash and liquidity, ensure adequate financing for rapid business growth;
• - Upgrade cash management solution for business operations in Hong Kong
• - Introduce the latest developments of the trade finance optimization solution of bank guarantees, project financing;
• - Research, design and implement new trade finance system connection with bank system to facilitate paperless solution and better risk control;
• - Lead the Global Treasury Management System (TMS) deployment in China;
• - Lead the integration of treasury control function for new entities and implement effective treasury process in cash management, FX, trade finance and funding to ensure the compliance;
• - Assess the FX exposures and potential risks with all China BUs and entities;
• - Develop and implement effective solution of forward transactions to hedge FX exposures
• - Execute FX trade with banks and ensure optimal pricing and process;
• - Assist Greater China Management in understanding local regulations foreign exchange controls in China and develop and coordinate effective financial arrangements to ensure the compliance;
• - Lead efforts jointly with Finance SSC managers to improve process for both strategic functions and operational activities including cash pool, payment & collection, etc.
• - Build up monthly reporting
• RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS:
• - Reports to Treasury Director, Greater China;
• - Frequent contacts with Controllers, Finance Managers and Finance staff of China BUs and entities;
• - Frequent contacts with the Global Corporate Treasury in Headquarter;
• - Frequent contacts with banks in Mainland China and Hong Kong regarding payments, FX deals and bank facilities, etc.;

• - Liaison with various government offices, e.g. State Administration of Foreign Exchange in China regarding foreign currency business.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• - Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance;
• - A minimum of 6 years in a treasury function role;
• - 5 years of related experience with exposure to foreign exchange, corporate finance or banking;
• - Experience in operational finance in large MNC is a plus;
• - Excellent English language skills
• - Thorough understanding and learning ability in financial markets, institutions, instruments and derivatives;
• - Accounting fundamentals – foreign exchange accounting is a plus;
• - Knowledge of ERP system, MS office
• - ACCA preferred

Senior Treasury Manager 

TAX Accountant

工作地點：

武漢、湖北

工作職責(zé):

• 1.    密切關(guān)注國家稅務(wù)政策動態(tài)變化，及時上報；
• 2.    根據(jù)稅法規(guī)定及所在地稅務(wù)機關(guān)的指令，按時申報各項應(yīng)稅稅目，足額繳納稅款；
• 3.    根據(jù)所在公司取得的稅收優(yōu)惠政策，及時足額申請各類退稅、手續(xù)費返還等；
• 4.    及時申領(lǐng)發(fā)票，并根據(jù)審批后的開票申請及時開票，承擔(dān)進項抵扣工作；
• 5.    協(xié)調(diào)所轄各公司同當(dāng)?shù)囟悇?wù)部門的關(guān)系，做好納稅評級、納稅評估、稅務(wù)稽查及開具合規(guī)證明工作，維護公司利益；
• 6.    做好年度稅審工作，按時完成所得稅匯算清繳工作；
• 7.    配合審計工作，負責(zé)稅收相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)提供與核對；
• 8.    及時做好各類資產(chǎn)處置、股權(quán)激勵減免稅等方面稅務(wù)備案工作；

• 9.    完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他事務(wù)。

任職資格:

• 1.    本科以上學(xué)歷，財會、稅務(wù)類專業(yè)，具有中級會計師或以上職稱，CTA、CPA、ACCA優(yōu)先；
• 2.    3年以上制造業(yè)資深稅務(wù)工作經(jīng)驗；
• 3.    熟悉會計法、稅法及行業(yè)相關(guān)法律法規(guī)和政策；
• 4.    熟練使用辦公軟件，熟練使用SAP系統(tǒng)；
• 5.    具有較強的原則性和責(zé)任心；
• 6.    能夠承擔(dān)較強工作壓力，具有較好的學(xué)習(xí)能力和較強的溝通能力。

TAX Accountant

AP Accountant

工作職責(zé):

• 1.在SAP系統(tǒng)中處理發(fā)票過賬;
• 2.PP/NPP/FA發(fā)票相關(guān)事宜;
• 3.安排外匯和其他特殊供應(yīng)商的付款;
• 4.特殊業(yè)務(wù)類型的增值稅轉(zhuǎn)出

• 5. 完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他事務(wù)。

任職資格:

• 所需的主要技能、能力和知識：
• 1. 會計學(xué)士學(xué)位，有扎實的會計知識
• 2. 有SAP經(jīng)驗、AP經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
• 3. 能夠承擔(dān)較強工作壓力，具有較好的學(xué)習(xí)能力和較強的溝通能力；
