寒假宅人求職寶典：足不出戶找工作

　　It may be too cold to venture outside, but that doesn’t mean you need to put your job-hunting plans on ice. You can explore new job opportunities from the comfort of your own home by just clicking your mouse on your computer or cell phone.

　　天寒地凍的天氣似乎不適合外出找工作，但這并不意味著你要把求職計(jì)劃擱置一邊。舒舒服服地坐在家里，輕點(diǎn)鼠標(biāo)或摁摁手機(jī)，也能找到新的工作機(jī)會(huì)。

　　Notices advertising new job vacancies flood into job websites every day. In order to quickly locate the information most relevant to you, remember to customize your job search engine entries.

　　求職網(wǎng)站上每天的職位廣告數(shù)量之大，令人目不暇接。為了能夠快速搜集最適合自己的信息，記住一定要自定義設(shè)置你的職位搜索關(guān)鍵詞。

　　1. Set “Publication Date” as “in the past two weeks”, so that the job vacancies displayed are currently available. Remember, the earlier you send your resume, the more likely it is to get read.

　　1. 將“發(fā)布日期”設(shè)為“最近兩周”，這樣就能搜索出最新的職位信息。記住，簡(jiǎn)歷發(fā)送得越早，就越有可能被用人單位看到。

　　2. Don’t set restrictions on “salary” because many employers will advertise it as “negotiable”. But do specify your salary expectations in your CV, so you won’t waste time going to interviews with employers who can’t, or won’t meet your demands.

　　2. 對(duì)于“薪酬”項(xiàng)，不要設(shè)限；因?yàn)樵S多公司在發(fā)布招聘廣告的時(shí)候只標(biāo)注“待遇面議”。但一定要在簡(jiǎn)歷中寫(xiě)明期望工資值，這樣你就不用浪費(fèi)時(shí)間去那些不能或不愿意達(dá)到你要求的公司去面試了。

　　3. Specify your target vacancy to get accurate search results. For example, “marketing” can be further divided into “advertising” and “PR”.

　　3. 細(xì)化你的目標(biāo)職位，以便獲得精確的搜索結(jié)果。例如，“市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)”可以細(xì)化分為“廣告”和“公關(guān)”。
